Shipping Policy

1. The company will begin the product delivery period only after the customer has received confirmation of a successful payment for the order (confirmed via………………………).

2. The customer will receive confirmation of the money transfer, and the company will ship the goods. The delivery company will call the phone number provided by the customer during payment and provide the delivery address.

3. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-4 business days, depending on the delivery area.

4. Delivery time.

If payment is made before noon (12:00 PM), the item will be shipped the same day.

Orders paid after noon (12:00 PM) will be shipped the next day.

Except for Sundays and public holidays.

5. Customers cannot change the shipping address once they have completed their order.

6. Delivery service is available only within Thailand. For deliveries to the three southern border provinces (Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat), delivery time will depend on the situation.

   During that time, the company will deliver as appropriate.

7. Delivery time is 3-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and government holidays.

8. The company reserves the right to deliver goods beyond the specified timeframe in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and will notify customers in every case.
